Bridal Bouquet with Aqua Blue Jewel Accents

I think a question alot of aqua blue brides have is "What kind of flower, floral arrangements and bouquets should I have to go with my aqua blue theme?"  I thought this gorgeous bridal bouquet really exemplifies how simply you can decorate a bridal bouquet to work with your aqua blue wedding theme.  In this case, they used aqua blue satin ribbon around the handle as well as aqua pearl accents throughout the bouquet.  The effect is a very elegant, stunning bouquet!

Here Comes The Bride - Aqua Pocketbook Journal

I saw this cute little product online and also at a Borders store recently and the aqua blue color of this classy little journal caught my eye.  What a great little planning journal to carry around in your purse if you're an aqua blue or tiffany blue bride.  Now all you would need is an aqua blue purse to carry it in!!  I'll see if I can find one for ya!  :o)

Aqua Blue Gift Wrapping Paper & Tissue Paper

Since aqua blue is my favorite color, I like to wrap presents in gift wrap that is in my favorite color.  Luckily I found some pretty aqua blue gift wrap that is a solid color and just the right shade of aqua blue.  I also found some aquamarine tissue paper which works well with the aqua blue gift wrap.  Two great finds!

How To Make Tiffany Blue Cupcake Frosting!

I ran across this post while looking for cupcake recipes for my daugther's birthday.  PartyCupCakeIdeas.com actually provided instructions on how to get the color right for tiffany blue frosting!  Imagine that!  Can you just picture fluffy white cupcakes with this beautiful aqua blue frosting on top and maybe some white sugar flowers or silvery sugar beads on top of the frosting!  They recommend the following to make the tiffany blue frosting:  use classic vanilla but put in 6 blue drops and 2 green drops of food coloring to make Tiffany Blue frosting.  I've also heard that you can mix blue drops with teal if you can find it. 

I absolutely love cupcakes -- never met one I didn't like!! mmmm....yum yum yum     :o)

Aqua Blue Thank You Cards

After the Christmas holiday, I had to hurry up and send out my Thank You's for all the lovely gifts we received from our friends and family. I wanted to send out a simple Thank You card -- nothing personalized or too fancy -- and came across these lovely little thank you cards! What can I say -- elegant, yet simple, yet modern, yet classic. Just perfect!  They have a lovely striped design at the bottom with a matching aqua blue envelope!  I love them!

I love, love, love Aqua Blue! I think my love affair with this beautiful color started with a day of shopping when I happened to come across the Tiffany & Co. store. What a beautiful store it was with all the splashes of aqua blue everywhere! I immediately fell head over heals in love with the color.
