Aqua Blue Cupcakes

I saw this adorable aqua blue cupcake over at Amy Atlas' blog.  I thought it was the cutest thing!  Usually, cupcakes for an aqua blue theme are white with some kind of aqua blue topping/frosting.  But, for this version, its an aqua blue cupcake with white frosting!  Lovely!
